Every wall starts with your art.

Wallpaper royalties are based on square feet ordered. Custom design fees are paid separately.

01 / Wallpaper royalties

Your rate grows with the square feet of your designs sold in a calendar month. All amounts are in USD.

Example: a 10 × 10 ft wall is 100 sq ft. At the base rate of $0.50 / sq ft, your wallpaper royalty is $50.00. This is an illustration, not a guaranteed sale or income.

02 / Custom design work

90% is yours

Create a new bedroom mural, adapt a design to a larger wall, or work on a customer's color request. Agree on your fee in your Artisan Mural conversation.

You keep 90% of your custom design fee. Artisan Mural keeps 10%. For example, a $200 custom design fee means $180 for you and $20 for Artisan Mural.

Payments today: payouts are handled manually by the owner via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. Automatic card payments and designer payouts are not connected yet.

    Get approved

    The studio reviews your application. You need approval before you can upload designs.

    Build your collection

    Upload original murals or repeating patterns, color versions and the story behind each design. Every design is reviewed before it can be listed.

    Create & earn

    Earn royalties when customers order your wallpaper. Talk with customers on Artisan Mural about paid adaptations and new custom designs.
